What is PERS?

My other grandmother fell in her basement and it was sure luck that an uncle stopped by to see her and was able to get her help.

We know the importance of a PERS Unit installed. We take it one step further, for not only does the equipment need to work, but more importantly the system needs to be monitored by those that care. We have partnered with one of the top Monitoring Services in the country to monitor our PERS.

Our operators don't just get the call and pass it on. We stay connected till help arrives!

People have ended up in Nursing Homes needlessly, simply because of such an emergency and nobody knew about it.

How it works!

After completion of paperwork and receipt of the equipment! We arrange a convenient apporiment to plug, turn on and test the system.

After this simple appointment, you or your loved one will be a push button away from help.

Simply push the Emergency button on your wrist, necklace or the console and you will be connected via two way voice with our Emergency Call Operator.

We then follow the guideliernes you have selected for contact and care. If you request us to call 911 we will immediately dispatch the authorities for you. Being able to speak with you is a wonderful feature of our system; however we are not always able to talk to the person in trouble.

Maybe they are choking or having a heart attack or stroke and are NOT ABLE to speak with us. In that case we would assume it was an emergency and we would assume it was an emergency and immediately dispatch the local authorities to your home.

About the Console:

The console acts as the Hub of the system it will automatic dial and send the emergency alerhrough the phone lines. It works with any private telephone line and generally does not require rewiring. If you have more than one phone extension, a special jack may be requiredto enable the console to seize the line.

Whenever you need help, at any time, simply push the button on the console, or pendant adn reach our 24hr Emergency Monitoring Center. Families can be assured that loved ones will always have access to our UL Listed Center 24 hours a day, seven days a week in case of any emergemergency,

About the Emergency Push Button:

Each system comes with an Emergency Push Button, it also comes with the attachments to carry the button around the neck, on the belt or wear on the wrist. Additional buttons are available.

About the installation:

I really is as simple as 1,2,3. When the unit arrives we set up an appoinment with you, and all you need to do is unpack, plug in and turn on. We will be on the phone to help you through it!

The Paper Work!

If purchased with a Dealer Care Package, we send you a home planner kit, and monitoring documents Priority Mail, with Return Priority Mail envelope.

We program your panel with the features you want, and send it to you ready to go, when you have it installed. We will schedule a system test for you, test your signals and your ready to go!.

If you do not purchase a dealer care package, we will send out your documents Priority Mail, and after they are returned to us in the Postage Paid Priority Mail Envelope, we will schedule the installation appointment and talk you through the installation. Note: If additional Devices are added, a dealer care package is required. We will help you send test signals and then you are ready to go.
