Power Requirements: 24VAC, most security cameras are 24VAC, and are powered by a 24VAC, 20VA transformer.  The power cable used to power the camera can also power the Heater/Blower, as the camera does not need 20VA to operate. If your camera is 12VDC a separate 24VAC transformer is needed to power the Heater/Blower in the housing. With the purchase of this housing we offer a 20% discount off our normal store price for 24VAC transformers.

Should you need a transformer after purchasing the housing purchase one from our store and we will combine it with your order, and save you some money on freight also.
